Early C19 stuccoed. 4 storeys and basement with area. 4 sash windows, 3 contained
in full height canted bay. Bay windows separated by pilaster strips vertically
and stringcourses horizontally. Steps to entrance. Semi-circular fanlight,
panelled reveals, 6 panel door.

Nos 3 to 20 (consec) South Terrace and East Garden Wall of No 3 form a group.
