1860s. Built by Robert Bushby (a local builder). Cement faced, 3 storeys,
attic and basement. 1 + 3 sash window reflected pairs. 3 storey canted bays
of 3 windows. Windows round headed on 1st floor Horizontal channelling
on ground floor. Bands to each floor, bracketted on 1st flour. Bedmould to
cornice with brackets. Blocking course. Mansard with 2 dormers each, segmental
pediments on Nos 41 to 44 otherwise round headed, (altered on No 40). Steps
to entrances, rectangular fanlights.

Nos 30 to 47 (consec) form a group.
