Early Cl9, 1 storey. 2 pairs of sash windows. Stucco. Slate roof with eaves
overhung and supported on 4 thin columns to form verandah. Glazing bars intact.
Central door with side lights. Roof continued East and West over passages
to rear. Bressumer over door and windows.

Nos 37 to 51 (odd), Garden Walls to East of No 51 and Nos 30 to 36 (even) form
a group, of which No 45 is of local interest.
