Evidently built as a Non-Conformist Chapel. Circa 1905. Gable front of flint
with brick dressings and horizontal bands in 2 colours. Projecting gabbled porch
with Early English doorway. Flush doors with wrought iron hinges. Single lancets
either side, overlapping central 3-light window and rounder under blind arch.
At head of gable a rectangular triple opening in stone (middle louvred). 6 stone
panels at plinth level. To right of gable an Arts and Crafts door, lattised top
and bottom, in rectangular frame with head of yoke form. Rear elevation has 3
lancets and roundel above. Slate roof with tile cresting.
Nos 9 to 17 (odd). Sailsbury House Nos 19 to 27 (odd) and Steyne Hall form a group,
being an uniterupted sequence.
