Mid Cl9, in the picturesque manner. Stucco-fronted. 2 storeys and semi-basement.
3-window projection on the left: 3-light, 2 storey bay window on the right; tripartite
centre, with bracketed, dentilled cornice, over 4-panel door and flanking windows,
rising to pediment in centre. Windows have moulded stucco surrounds and glazing
bars in upper sashes only. Drafting across ground floor, between stringcourses.
Slender paired brackets to deep eaves. Stucco balustrade to terrace in front of
doorway and to curved steps either side. West end has bay window and north side
has staircase projection with big round-hurried window. Hipped slate roof.
Nos 41 to 57 (odd), No 55A, Nos 65 to 71 (odd) and all the walls form a group.
