The Parish church of St
Mary Magdalene


Chancel, nave with north aisle and west tower. Medieval church, largely rebuilt by
Sir Thomas Jackson in 1864 and the aisle added then. But the medieval tower, with
heavy buttresses and hipped tiled roof, C12 west doorway and one C14 window survive.
