Box Tree is a C17 or earlier timber-framed building, refaced with flints with red
brick dressings and quoins. Hipped thatched roof. Casement windows. Two storeys.
Three windows. To the south of this is a C19 and C20 extension which is now Magnolia
Cottage. This has 4 windows and a half-hipped weather-boarded gable end.
