By itself in a secluded part of Horsham and now out of use. Early to mid C19.
The building runs transversely from north to south across the end of Mill Bay
which is fed from the River Arun. Gable ends to north and south. West face.
2 storeys. 5 windows. Red brick with grey headers. Old tiled roof. Eaves
cornice with modillions. All segmental-headed windows. To left (north) is
elliptical brick archway for mill-stream. Low down on right is another brick
segmental-headed archway.

The grade I shall be amended to read II.
