Running forward from west side of No 1 is a yard-wall, which is returned along
the street front to join a small outbuilding set at right angles to the road.
Wall is of red brick with grey headers with semi-circular red-brick coping. Outbuilding
is also of red brick with grey headers. 2 segmental-headed windows facing west.
Casements, glazing bars intact. 2 doors with rectangular glazed fan-lights.
Nos 1, lA, the outbuilding and wall form a group.
