1830 circa. Two storeys. Seven windows. Stuccoed, around floor rusticated. Eaves
bracket cornice. Slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Small porch containing round-headed
doorway with semi-circular fanlight and door of six fielded panels. Projection
of three window-bays at west end.
