C15 timber-framed building of "wealden" type. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Plaster and painted brick infilling. Curved braces. Originally comprised recessed centre and projecting wings, of which the first floor oversailed, but these have been under built in brick, now painted. Bressumer between and sprocket eaves with curved braces supporting them. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Casement windows.
