L-shaped building. The original portion is a small C17 or earlier timber-framed building with the timbering and plaster infilling exposed at the sides but now refaced with tile-hanging. Hipped roof, the front of Horsham slabs, the back of tiles. Casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows. C19 red brick addition behind with gable.
