Cottage. C18, clad in C19. Brick, rendered and chanelled to simulate stone.
Plain tiled roof. Tall brick stack to right and 2 gabled and bargeboarded semi -
dormers. 1 storey and attic. 2 window front sashes. Central door with gabled
wooden porch. Deep catslide to rear. Interior: Substantial timber-frame.
Chamfered beams with lambs-tongue stops in both ground floor rooms. Curved
brackets visible on first-floor. Rafter roof without ridge-piece, but with
some collars and curved braces. Fireplace with chamfered bressumer on ground-
floor.
