C18-early C19. Red tiled roof with hip at north-east end, and small stack
at south-west end. 2 storeys. Painted brick. 4 window openings above;
modern sash windows in reveals with square heads and glazing bars intact
(3 light sash window in north-easternmost bay). On ground floor, in south-
westernmost bay, a carriage entrance. Further north-east, 2 modern sash
windows in reveals with glazing bars intact and in segmental arches each
flanking a doorway containing a modern glazed door with side lights.
Probably once a warehouse or outbuilding.
