C18. 3 storeys. Lower elevation than No 40. Very steeply pitched red tiled
roof. Coved cornice. Red brick and grey headers alternately. 2 window bays.
Sash windows with flush boxes in flat arches; brick voussoirs; glazing bars
intact. On ground floor shop window comprising original window to house;
in reveals; segmental arch; no glazing bars. Doorway with small flat hood;
6 panel moulded door; small rectangular fanlight over.
