C18. 4 storeys. Much higher elevation than No 75 South Street which adjoins
it to the west. Red brick. Cornice with modillions below eaves. 3 window
bays. Sash windows in reveals with flat arches over and rubbed brick
voussoirs. Glazing bars intact. Ground floor occupied by a bank with C20
front in classical style, 3 window bays flanked by short Ionic columns on
a high podium; architrave with wide frieze and cornice with modillions
over. Modern doorway at either end.
