Red brick and grey headers alternately. Stringcourse and cornice with
modillions. Glazing bars missing. Sash windows in frames with slightly
curved headings to those on the ground floor. Doorway with Doric pilasters,
entablature and pediment; door in reveals; door with 6 moulded panels;
top 2 cut away and glazed. The west side of this house is in North Street.

No 5 with Nos 52 to 63 (consec) and The Ship Hotel, North Street form a group.
