C18 or earlier building altered in C19. Tiled gabled roof with gable end facing
street. 3 storeys. 1st and 2nd storeys both tile-hung. 1 window in 2nd storey;
2 windows in 1st storey. Sash windows with frames in flat arches. Glazing
bars intact. Public House front on ground floor. Named the Prince Arthur
after 3rd son of Queen Victoria.
