Part of same block as No 17 St John's Street. Early C19. 3 storeys. 2
windows facing New Town and one facing St John's Street. Red brick. Small
cornice with modillions below eaves. Sash windows in reveals with
slightly segmental arches; all glazing bars intact. Blocked window
opening on 2nd storey in St John's Street. Round-headed doorway with
semi-circular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door.

No 1 forms a group with Nos 11 to 17 (consec) St John's Street.
