C18. 2 storeys and attic. In 2 sections with slightly lower frontage
to north. 5 windows and 2 in extension to north. Painted brick. Cornices
with modillions. Sash windows in flat arches in shallow reveals; glazing
bars intact; flat stuccoed architraves to southern part. Large 3 light bow
window on first floor with moulding on frieze. 3 dormers. Double doorway
in extension with extra large semi-circular fanlight. Slate roof. Good
staircase with turned balusters and inlaid stair ends. (Photographs in

Nos 50 to 63 consec and The Ship Hotel together with No 5 Guildhall
Street form a group.
