Early C19. 3 storeys and basement but with much lower elevation than
No 15. 1 window bay. Slate roof with hip at western end; overhanging
eaves. Stuccoed. Sash windows in reveals in flat arches; glazing bars intact.
Flight of 4 steps with iron handrail leading up to doorway with elliptical arch;
6 panelled door, top 4 panels cut away and glazed.

Nos 13 to 25 (Odd) form a group.
