C18. 2 storeys. 2 windows. Higher frontage and higher roofline than No 32.
Tiled gabled roof. Stuccoed. Small cornice with modillions below eaves.
Stringcourse above the ground floor. Sash windows with flush boxes; glazing
bars missing. Doorway in fluted frame with hood over on brackets; 4 panelled
door. Similar door to the west with passageway through the house.
(Formerly a public house).

Nos 16 to 48 (Even) form a group.
