C18. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows. Red brick. Panelled parapet with
rendered capping. Good rainwater head. Brick in easternmost window bay on
ground floor has been renewed. Sash windows in shallow reveals in flat arches;
glazing bars intact. Rubbed brick voussoirs with keystones in centre. Central
doorway with Doric columns, moulded frieze and pediment. Door in panelled
reveals; door with 6 moulded panels, top 2 cut away and glazed.

Church of St Peter, Nos 21 to 25 (consec), The John Edes House and Nos 27
tc 33 (consec) form a group.
