C18 with later additions. 2 storeys and attic. 3 flat roofed dormers. Hipped
tiled roof. Red brick. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 4 windows. 3 sash
windows with C19 frames with cornices and consoles; glazing bars missing.
1 C19 3 light canted oriel bay window projecting through both storeys (with a
sash window in eachlight). Doorway up 4 steps with Doric pilasters moulded
frieze and pediment over. Door in panelled reveals; door with 6 flush panels
with top 4 cut away and glazed. Extension at east end of 2 storeys. 1 narrow
window bay; sash window abovewith frame similar to those on main facade; door
below with small oval window over.

Church of St Peter, Nos 2l to 25 (consec), The John Edes House and Nos 27
to 33 (consec) form a group.
