(Formerly South Lawn). C18. Old tiled steeply pitched gabled roof;
2 dormers with hipped tiled roofs; dormer windows with glazing bars. Stacks
behind. 2 storeys. Red brick, painted over. Sash windows with flush boxes
and segmental headings; rubbed brick voussoirs. 4 windows above, and 2 wider
ones below, the 2 lower ones with glazing bars missing. Panelled door in
reveals; doorway with stepped architrave, frieze and rectangular pediment over.
