Mansion. Built by John Hawkins between 1826 and 1829. Architect Henry Harrison. Rather
plain Regency mansion. Two storeys. Five windows. Stuccoed. Moulded cornice and parapet.
Hipped slate roof. The end window-bays project and are joined on the ground floor by a
portico at the head of four steps with two rectangula columns enclosing a solid porch
and two half columns with anthenium capitals supporting the entablature. Doorway in
moulded architrave surround with rectangular fanlight. Windows in moulded architrave
surrounds on console bracket with glazing bars intact. Recessed service wing of lower
elevation to the south-west.
