of the former Kitchen
Garden to the south-
east of the house


Walls and gatepiers. The former kitchen garden of the house is surrounded by stone
walls. C18. In the centre of the south-east side is a pair of stone gatepier
surmounted by ball caps. Since the death in 1823 of Sarah Tripp, daughter of Thomas
and Sarah Edsaw, the space between has been filled by a stone wall with an ornamental
clairevoie above.
