Small square early C19 building. One storey. Two windows. Faced with
flints. Hipped slate roof. Pointed casement windows. Verandah across the
ground floor with wooden columns and overhanging eaves. Late L-wing behind to
the south west. (Hambrook House is in Funtington parish and is not listable.)
