One building. Early C19. Two storeys. Six windows. Stuccoed. Glazing bars
intact. Holly Villa has a slate roof and a doorway in moulded architrave
surround on console brackets. Holly House has a modillion eaves cornice, a
tiled roof and a later heavy porch.
