Former Goodwood Estate numbers. One building. Dated 1790. Two storeys. Two
windows. Faced with flints set in galletting with red brick modillion eaves
cornice. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows. Gabled porch containing two
doorways with the date 1790 and the Richmond arms in stone in the gable.
