Former Goodwood Estate numbers. One building, of the style known locally as
the Dukey style. Mid C19. Half H-plan. Two storeys. Four windows. Coursed
flints with dressings, quoins stringcourse and dripstones over the windows of
red brick and grey headers. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The outer window
bays project with gables over.
