Dated 1848. Small Italianate T-shaped building. Stuccoed. Slate roof. Long
and short quoins. Casement windows of two round-headed lights set in a round-
headed arch. The east-west wing has two storeys and one window. Sprocket eaves.
Gable ends east and west. Gabled porch on north front. South wing one storey
and one window.
