Formerly known as Greatham Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Two storeys.
Three windows. Red brick. Modillion eaves cornice. The centre window-bay
projects slightly with pediment over. Slate roof. Windows with Venetian
shutters and glazing bars intact, the outer windows being twin windows.
Doorway with pilasters, pediment and semi-circular fanlight.
