Built by Thomas Hopper in 1840. 2 storeys. 3 windows facing south, 2 win-
dows facing east and west. Faced with Roman cement. The front has engaged
columns on high plinths flanking each window bay. Stringcourse, cornice
and parapet. Windows in moulded architrave surrounds with glazing bars
intact. Round-headed doorway with pilasters and round-headed door of 6
moulded panels.
