Terrace row of four cottages now two houses (78 & 81) and three flats. Dated 1810 and built by the Selsey estate, restored and altered c1980. Flints set in galletting with red brick dressings and quoins, red tiled roof. Two stories, seven windows below, six above, all small paned casements in red brick surrounds but a number are modern additions and all the joinery is replaced. Nearly central doorway with gabled hood as entry to flats, house doors on end walls. Half hipped roof with two large brick stacks. In line with each stack is a flint and brick buttress. Much altered and rebuilt in c1980. Rear elevation has four gabled extensions in similar character.
