The Richmond Arms Hotel, Waterbeach

The original portion is late C18 or early C19. Two storeys. Three windows.
Faced with flints with red brick dressings, quoins, stringcourse and modil-
lion eaves cornice. Slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Gabled north wing of
flints and red brick. At the south end the building has been continued by
three window bays in the early-mid C19 in matching style but without a
stringcourse. At the north end is a modern matching addition of two window
bays on ground floor only with a second and slightly smaller gabled flint
and brick porch.
