Goodwood Estate numbers. One building of the type known locally as the Dukery
type. Mid C19. Half-H plan. Two storeys. Four windows. Coursed stone
with dressings, quoins and drip stones over the windows of red brick and
grey headers. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The outer window bays project
with gables over.
