18.6.59 (formerly listed as Dairy
House. Dated 1742 with the initials W. Clunch, squared, with red brick dressings
and quoins stringcourse and ornamental panels round the windows. Tiled roof.
Ornamental panel over the doorway with paterae like rosettes and the date and initials.
Two storeys. Three windows. Casement windows.
