Once partly a house and partly a malthouse. Now wholly a dwelling. C17. Hythe sandstone and Lodsworth stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Large window covering ground and first floor at north end. Chimney breast at south end of front. Two storeys. Six windows.
