24/10 The east garden wall of
- The New House
This wall was originally the continuation of the garden wall of the Old House
(formerly the Dower House) but now belongs to a separate and new house built in
the former grounds of the Old House. C18 stone wall about ten feet high and 20
feet long. Ramped down at north end to gate-piers of lower height which are
surmounted by stone vases, probably added. Included for group value.
