23/13 Leggatt Hill Farmhouse

House. T-shaped C17 or earlier timber-framed building with the timbering exposed
on the ground floor of west wing, with tile-hanging above and a slight bellcast
between. Otherwise refaced with stone rubble. Tiled roof. Casement windows.
Some with stone mullions and brick dripmoulds. Crow-stepped stone chimney breast
on north wall with tiled shoulder exceptionally high brick stack with pilasters
on all faces. Two storeys. Three windows to each wing.
