Built in 1873 in matching style to the College and probably designed by
R.H. Carpenter. Three storeys. Three windows. Faced with flints with stone
dressings and quoins. Tiled roof. Two gables and gabled dormer between
casement windows. Two bays on ground and first floors, each with 5 trefoil-headed
lights. Wide porch between with 7 similar lights.
