(Gothic House)

One building, now subdivided. Early C19. Possibly designed by the Brighton
architect Amon Henry Wilds. Two storeys. Four windows. Faced with cement.
Cornice above ground floor. Castellated parapet. Centre position projects
slightly with doorway on ground floor with minted fanlight over and pointed
window to east of this. Cinquefoil ornamentation above. Glazing bars intact.
Pointed windows on ground floor.
