The mansion has been demolished. The Lower Lodge is in Horsham District (formerly
Horsham R.D.) and Lower Beeding parish (q.v.)
1875 circa. Architect George Devey. Two storeys. Ground floor ashlar, above
red brick with diaper pattern of grey headers. Gabled tiled roof. Porch and to
the left of this a projecting gable. Canted bag on ground floor with hipped
