House. C16 or earlier timber-framed building refronted early to mid C19. Ground
floor painted brick, upper floors plastered, Horsham stone slab roof. 2 to 3
storeys consisting of gabled wing built with gable end on to street and further
bay to east of this. 2 windows; 2nd floor sliding casement in attic, first floor
6-paned sash in moulded architrave to east and tripartite sash to west with horns.
Ground floor has central paired doorcases in moulded architraves with 2 panelled
doors flanked by 3-light splayed bays. 4:12:4 windows, the eastern one with horns.
Tiled penticed weather-hood stretching the entire length of the front. Massive
brick external stack. Thick unchamfered beams to ground floor.
