GV II
House. c1830. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Bracket
eaves cornice. Sashes to 1st floor with marginal glazing bars and jalousies.
Ground floor has French windows with cornices, pilasters and elaborate fretted and
plumed Neo-Classical style cast iron flower guards. Porch of solid-type with
pilasters and cornice and pineapple finials. Rectangular fanlight with inter-
secting ogee glazing. 2 panelled door. 2 stone steps, interior has plain early
C19 staircase and deep-moulded cornices.
