House, 1720, refurbished c.1800. Coursed blocks of pinkish sandstone; roof of
pantiles. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Ground floor : 2 wide, segmental-headed openings,
with voussoirs and keystone, have been blocked; inserted central tripartite sash
window and door under oblong fanlight at right. First floor : 2 tripartite sash
windows. All windows have glazing bars, painted lintels, modern external louvred
shutters. Eaves gutter board; low gable parapet and one end brick chimney at left.
Interior: shutters to wide-splayed window on ground floor; some architraves and
a 2-panelled door on first floor; enclosed stair.
