II

House. 1802. Coursed squared sandstone, roof of Welsh slate. 2 storeys, 3
windows, 4 semicircular steps to central 5-panelled door in open-pedimented Tuscan
doorcase; all sash windows with glazing bars. High-pitched roof has 2 end brick
chimneys with ashlar plinths and cornices. Barge boards to gabled central dormer.
Interior: original architraves, open well stair with inserted cast iron balustrade.
