Farm building and yard wall
adjoining to north of
Peareth Hall Farmhouse.

Animal shelters and loft. Late C.18. Ashlar, low pitched roof renewed in
corrugated asbestos. L-shaped. One storey and basement at west, 2 storeys
on lower slope at east. Band at floor level. In basement 2 round-arched
openings to animal shelters have cut voussoirs and a hollow chamfer and impost
band. Shelters have internal brick barrel vaults. Elevations otherwise blank
but for a door to North and 2 sunk window panels on first floor east. One-
storey east extension of similar materials. Yard enclosure wall straight at
west and curved around to meet eastern corner. Feeding troughs (now of concrete)
incorporated in coping. The iron and timber south shelter extension is not of
interest.
