House; circa 1770. Brick with Welsh slate roof and ashlar-corniced end brick chimney.
3 storeys, 2 windows. Beaded 6-panelled door with 3-paned overlight under deep
canopy in second bay. Sash windows, paired in first bay, with cambered brick arches on
ground and first floor, eaves gutter board. Steeply-pitched roof of thin slates;
tumbled-in brickwork to gable end.
